It’s an ancient Thai body work that combines Indian yoga, Chinese acupressure and focuses on the ten main Energy lines (Sen Sib) of the human body. Applying pressure on the Sen lines is what makes Thai massage unique. It is believed that blockages in the energy flow of the Sen, can lead to an unbalance in the body and eventually pain or illness.
Thai massage promotes the flow of energy, suppleness and releases tension in the body. A healing art maintaining a preventative and healthy life style.
Perfect for young and old, active and not so active.
Thai Herbal Hot Compress

This method of compressing herbs into a piece of raw cotton has been used for hundreds of years by Thai doctors and is still loved and used by Thai massage practitioners today. The compresses are steamed to release all the healing properties from the Thai herbs and are then applied with rhythmic pressures combined with Traditional Thai massage techniques. This is extremely relaxing and heals sore and over worked muscles and joints, inflammation and stimulates blood circulation.

Swedish Tissue Massage

The main purpose of Swedish massage is to increase the oxygen flow in the blood and release toxins from the muscles, stimulation of circulation and an increase in muscle tone. The therapist uses oil and mostly hand techniques to relax and stimulate the muscles.
Deep Tissue Massage

Deep Tissue massage is similar to the Swedish Massage. The main difference is that it targets the deeper tissue structure of the muscles, including the connective tissue, using hands, arms and elbow techniques. The focus is on releasing muscle tension and chronic knots.
Aroma Therapy

This is a gentle massage using essential oils, to relax, revive, stimulate or detox the body. The massage techniques are slow, gentle and rhythmic to calm and soothe body, mind and spirit. Make sure to discuss with your therapist what you would like to achieve out of the treatment. Another way is to do a smell-test to see which one stands. That would be the one your body needs.
