The compresses are steamed to release all the healing properties from the Thai herbs and are then applied with rhythmic pressures combined with Traditional Thai massage techniques. This is extremely relaxing and heals sore and over worked muscles and joints, inflammation and stimulates blood circulation.

The main purpose of Swedish massage is to increase the oxygen flow in the blood and release toxins from the muscles, stimulation of circulation and an increase in muscle tone. The therapist uses oil and mostly hand techniques to relax and stimulate the muscles.
Deep Tissue Massage

Deep Tissue massage is similar to the Swedish Massage. The main difference is that it targets the deeper tissue structure of the muscles, including the connective tissue, using hands, arms and elbow techniques. The focus is on releasing muscle tension and chronic knots.

This is a gentle massage using essential oils, to relax, revive, stimulate or detox the body. The massage techniques are slow, gentle and rhythmic to calm and soothe body, mind and spirit.
